What kind of services can you buy from us?
We are an international copywriting and internet marketing agency. Most of our services involve providing you with direct response copy and marketing services to help you grow your business. Whether you need help with content marketing (blog posts, articles, video sales letters, etc.), any copywriting, and anything to do with internet marketing – then we can help. You can see most of our services on our homepage. We also provide support services, such as web development and web design when our clients need it.
What types of projects and collaborations are available?
We have created Standard Projects and Individual Projects. In the questions below you can find out more about each type.
What are Standard Projects?
Standard Projects are all the ready-made offers that you can choose and pay for through our website, by clicking “Order Now”, choosing the services you want from the options available, and then submitting the details that the multi-page form asks of you. For each service, you will be informed about the conditions (price, delivery time, revisions permitted, etc.)
What are Individual Projects?
Individual Projects represent all the projects that you initiate by using the Contact Us form on our website or by emailing us at [email protected]. These projects do not have a standard price and standard conditions and they can be negotiated individually so they can be entirely personalized to your needs. Both the conditions of the project, as well as the payment plan can be negotiated.
How does placing an order work?
For Individual Projects, you get in touch with us and let us know what service you’re interested in as well as more details about your project. You can use the contact forms available on our website, or otherwise, send us an email at [email protected].
For Standard Projects, you place your order directly through the website and make the payment. If we feel we need more information to complete the project, we’ll contact you within 24 hours.
For Individual Projects, if we feel that we need more information before we can make you an offer, then we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange for a phone or Skype call. If you have provided us sufficient information, then within 24 hours you will receive our offer. If you confirm that you agree to the terms of the offer, we will get to work!
How will my work be delivered?
Depending on the type of service/product purchased, the delivery can be done either by email, through a service such as WeTransfer.com or MyAirBridge.com (for files larger than 1GB), directly on your website or there may be no delivery as such, and the service will be merely performed for you.
How long will my project take?
It really depends on the service/product that you ordered. Some services can be delivered in 3 business days, others can take as long as 30 days for delivery.
What are the refund conditions?
You can cancel Standard Projects and receive a refund within the first 24 hours after placing your order. If you can prove that we have not complied with your project instructions, then we also offer you a money back guarantee. H, if you choose to get your money back, we will retain the intellectual property rights for the Project we developed for you. Because all industries and businesses are different, we cannot guarantee any results based on our Projects – if you are not satisfied with the quality, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you will likely be eligible for revisions depending on the product or service purchased.
What is your revision policy?
We offer revisions to most of our written content. Since you know your customers best, you also know what copy will work best for your customer base. So if you want us to make any tweaks to our copy, we’re willing to do it. How many revisions are allowed for each individual service differs – this can range from 0 revisions to unlimited! If you are eligible for revisions, you must inform us within 7 working days from the day you receive the completed service that you would like a revision. Otherwise, you will forfeit your eligibility for a refund.
When are intellectual property rights transferred to me?
Intellectual property rights are transferred once the client accepts the project without any objections provided that the full payment is made without delays greater than 5 working days. If the payment is made within the above term, but then a chargeback is applied after the Project has been successfully delivered, then you will lose all intellectual property rights to the project until and unless the money is sent again to our account.
What happens if I don’t make the payment on time?
If you don’t make an upfront payment 5 working days since the start of your project, then we will assume that you are no longer interested in the service you have purchased, and we will retain all intellectual property rights to it. If you don’t make a final payment within 5 working days of the final delivery of the project, then we will retain all intellectual property rights, and you may NOT use the project or any of its elements.
How is my project information kept confidential?
We may subcontract certain aspects of your project, as needed to ensure perfect completion to the highest standards. If we do so, we make sure that our subcontractors sign NDAs for a period of 3 years along with contracts which ensure that they will keep the information confidential, will not share it, nor use it for any other purpose apart from completing their task.
